* The speaker/special guest tickets are being held for our speakers and certain invited guests. If you would like to attend and have not received a personal invitation from the organizers, lease register at the nonmember rate.
To celebrate the conclusion of its Mellon Foundation-funded Consortial Survey Initiative, PACSCL is hosting a two-day event exploring creative methods for improving management and access to archives and special collections. An outstanding lineup of speakers will participate in a series of panels on different areas of our work, with plenty of opportunities for attendees to interact with the speakers and share their own ideas. The Council on Library and Information Resources (CLIR), sponsor of an exciting new hidden collections initiative, has graciously lent support to this event. Conference space has been donated by the Union League of Philadelphia and the Library Company of Philadelphia.
More information on the conference, including a preliminary schedule and speaker biographies, is located at http://www.pacsclsurvey.org/snso.htm. Space will be very limited, so we encourage you to register online as early as you can.
